11/2 Country Infographic

Today in class you will
  • Practice with terms related to human and physical geography.
  • Begin to become familiar with a country's human and physical geography.
Why?
  • To be able to think and speak like a geographer.
  • To strengthen your geographic understanding.
  • To enable you to better understand the world.

DIRECTIONS

If you are ever waiting for a direction, please use PlaceSpotting or Google A Day. (Don't search for the question or use a Google A Day answer site.)
1.  Discuss with someone near you what you will be doing in class today and why (see above).       1 minute
2. After going to Google Classroom and choosing the human/physical geography assignment from Classwork -practice with the terms by doing ONLY ONE round.            10 minutes         

3. You should be finished with the "research." Once done, proceed to the infographic assignment - Google Classroom --> Classwork. This should only take the period.            35 minutes         

4.  Wait for a whole class share. Individuals will choose something about their country to share.                    5 minutes
