3/30 Butterfly Circus

Today we viewed the short film "The Butterfly Circus."

After the video, students reflected and shared about how they interact with their peers as well as how they sometimes hold themselves back from accomplishing what they are capable of.


Parents could ask their student about their thoughts and reaction.

3/29 Economics Breakout

Students participated in a Breakout activity during which they had to collaborate as a team while using critical thinking skills to solve clues related to basic economic concepts.

2.  Your group needs to create - using legos - "sculptures" that get across the three basic economic systems.            20 minutes

3.  One person take pictures of your sculptures, upload them to your social studies folder in Drive, and share them with your group mates.             5 minutes

4.  By yourself, write or record an explanation of your "sculptures" as to how they get across the three basic economic systems.             20 minutes
