      2..    Take no more than 5 minutes to choose a news article from the website linked here. Copy the link for the article.    5 minute

      3. Make a copy of the summary template linked here .  Use the icon next to the title to move it to your social studies folder in Drive. Paste the article link on the document.    5 minute

      4. Then, on the summary template, take notes, prepare a summary, and write a summary. (Make sure you include the location of the news and the date of the news.Examples are linked here.    30 minute

      5.  Add the location and summary to your World News Map - refer to the directions linked here.     7 minute

        • When posting, include a title that makes people want to read
