1.  Discuss with someone near you what you will be doing in class today and why (see above).       1 minute

2.  In Google Classroom under ANCIENT INDIA, actively review the two documents attached to South Asia Physical Geography Notes by making note as to what questions you have about the information and asking when I ask for questions.                               10 minutes

3.  In your newly assigned group, complete South Asia Geo Hexagonal Thinking in Google Classroom.                             25 minutes

  Expectations

• on task during the time we were given to work  in class   
• physically staying with my group, 
• making comments related to the group work,  
• looking up information when the task requires
• redirecting group to task 
• If student found that student didn’t have something to do, student checked in with group members to see what else student could be doing  
• Student tried to make people feel comfortable working in the group
