12/6 UN SDG Project

Whenever you need help, please ask for it.
Please write your homework in your assignment book.
Please review the goal and agenda for the day (posted in the classroom).


Today in class you will 
  • start planning your work.
  • begin your work.

    Why?
    • To spread the word about the UN SDG.
    • To empower you to make positive change in the world.

    1.  Discuss with someone near you what you will be doing in class today and why (see above).   1 minute

    2.  Plan with your group.          10 minutes 

    3.  Work with your group on your tasks:           35 minutes 
    • draft information first.
      • What are the goals about?
      • Why are they important? Examples.
      • What can people do to help achieve the goals?


    4.  Share with the class.          7 minutes

    Parents: Instead of Asking Your Child, 
    "What Did You Do in School Today?"
    Ask them.......
    • What did you do for your part of the project?
    • What is something interesting your learned?
