Today in class you will Reflect on your understanding of the five themes of geography. Why? To deepen your understanding of the five themes of geography. To practice focusing on and thinking about your learning.. DIRECTIONS   If you are ever waiting for a direction, please use PlaceSpotting or Google A Day. (Don't search for the question or use a Google A Day answer site.) 1.  Discuss with someone near you what you will be doing in class today and why (see above).       1 minute 2. Complete the last part on your 5 Themes doc.          10 minute Make your responses so that they can stand alone (restate to start). Use specific examples to help explain (Namib Desert instead of just desert).   Responses should be at least several sentences each. 3.On your blog, create a new blog post.         5 minute Use your responses to the last part of the Themes doc for the content of the post. Embed your map if you’ve started one.. Include a title and the labels: social studies, 5 themes of geography. 4.
