  • Practice determining evidence and reasoning / explanation to support a viewpoint.
  • Develop broader understanding of the UN SDG.
Why?
  • To better understand human and physical geography.
  • To improve your writing.
  • To develop critical thinking.

DIRECTIONS

If you are ever waiting for a direction, please use PlaceSpotting by students, PlaceSpotting , Google A Day, or this Google Maps Scavenger Hunt or create a meme for one of our social studies topics from the year. (Don't search for the question or use a Google A Day answer site.)
1.  Discuss with someone near you what you will be doing in class today and why (see above).       1 minute
2. Use your research and find data and quotes to work with the UN SDG Socratic Seminar Preparation found in Google Classroom.                  15 minutes

3. Wait for whole class share.                  5 minutes

4. Repeat #2 & #3.                  35 minutes
