Today in class you will

• process and review information about important terms to understanding the Indus Valley Civilization
• revise a summary

Why?

• To understand how physical geography impacts people
• To broaden your understanding
• To  become better writers

DIRECTIONS    If you are waiting at any point, work with the Waiting Activities listed in the right hand column of this page.

1.  Discuss with someone near you what you will be doing in class today and why (see above).       1 minute

2.    In Google Classroom, review the comments and feedback for your summary writing (you may use your headphones). Ask Mr.d'E any questions you have to clarify the feedback.             1o minutes   

3.   Select and copy your current summary.  Above it (but below the line), insert your cursor, and use ctrl Shift v to paste your summary above your summary.             1 minutes    

4.  Revise the top summary (the one you just pasted). Then, turn it back in.             25 minutes

5.  Working with the important terms document, create one of the following at Flippity:

• flash cards
• quiz show
• matching
• crossword
