Today in class you will 

• demonstrate understanding of a digital footprint.
• use questions to sort through information to a conclusion.

• To develop a positive digital footprint.

DIRECTIONS   If you are ever waiting for a direction, please use PlaceSpotting or Google A Day. (Don't search for the question or use a Google A Day answer site.)

1.  Discuss with someone near you what you will be doing in class today and why (see above).       1 minute

2.  Watch each video below.      4 minutes




3.  In your social studies folder, create a new document. Title it SCRAP PAPER. Respond to the videos: What is a digital footprint? Explain. Why is it important to be purposeful and intentional online? Explain.        10 minutes

4..  Whole class discussion.       5 minutes

6. Questioning to eliminate information and draw conclusions. Discussion, then practice.       30 minutes
