3/14 Reflect on the Global Goals

Reminders

  • Please write your homework in your assignment book.
  • Please review the goal and agenda for the day (posted in the classroom).

Today in class you will
  • Identify important points about one of UN Sustainable Development Goals.
  • Summarize the main points of one of the Global Goals.
  • To reflect on your understanding.
Why?
  • To become empowered to change the world for the better.
  • To practice reading / note-taking skills.
  • To practice summary writing.
  • To deepen your understanding.
  • To practice digital citizenship.


DIRECTIONS
If you are ever waiting for a direction, please use PlaceSpotting or Google A Day. (Don't search for the question or use a Google A Day answer site.)
1.  Discuss with someone near you what you will be doing in class today and why (see above).       1 minute
2. Go to Google Classroom and read the introduction to the cube directions.        3 minutes   

3. Take 20 minutes to finish your cube work by addressing items in the priority list on the board IN ORDER      20 minutes        

4. Participate in the the FlipGrids you find at this link. As always, use only your first name or first initial.      30 minutes
