NOTE: Links to Google Classroom, Google Docs, or other Google Apps for Education will require students to log in to their school account.

NOTE: Due to the drop period in our schedule, there are times that your student might be working on a previous day's agenda. That will be noted at the top of the post.

Reminders
  • Whenever you need help, please ask for it.
  • Please write your homework in your assignment book.
  • Please review the goal and agenda for the day (posted in the classroom).

Today in class you will
  • Find out about water.
  • Take notes.
Why?
  • To see how you can be an active global citizen.
  • To develop empathy.
  • To become more aware of the world.

DIRECTIONS
If you are ever waiting for a direction, please use PlaceSpotting or Google A Day. (Don't search for the question or use a Google A Day answer site.)
1.  Discuss with someone near you what you will be doing in class today and why (see above).       1 minute
2. Complete the first item in the Google Classroom stream if you haven't completed it yet.

3. You have EXTRA EXTRA time to finish: You will have 1.5 class periods to create an "Ode" to Water. Go to Google Classroom and follow the directions to the first item in the stream.        45 minutes

4.  See Mr.d'E      45 minutes

Parents: Instead of Asking Your Child,
"What Did You Do in School Today?"
Ask them.......
  • What are you doing for your "Ode" to Water?
  • What are you trying to get across with it?
