  • Develop questions you have about the Holocaust.

  • To develop your understanding of geography.


DIRECTIONS
If you are ever waiting for a direction, please use PlaceSpotting or Google A Day. (Don't search for the question or use a Google A Day answer site.)
1.  Discuss with someone near you what you will be doing in class today and why (see above).       1 minute
2. Complete the anticipation guide          5 minutes

3. Whole class discussion            15 minutes

5.  Whole class discussion.             5 minutes

6.  FAQ About the Holocaust - Read aloud with your partner. At the end of each section, discuss the following questions:             15 minutes
  • What surprised me?
  • What did the author think I already knew?
  • What changed, challenged, or confirmed what I already knew?

7.  Whole class discussion.             5 minutes
