NOTE: Links to Google Classroom, Google Docs, or other Google Apps for Education will require students to log in to their school account.

NOTE: Due to the drop period in our schedule, there are times that your student might be working on a previous day's agenda. That will be noted at the top of the post.

DIRECTIONS

If you are ever waiting for a direction, please use PlaceSpotting or Google A Day. (Don't search for the question or use a Google A Day answer site.)
1.  Discuss with someone near you what you will be doing in class today and why (see above).       1 minute
2.  Your map skills "I Can" document should be complete. If not, you need to take time outside of class to complete it.

4.   Complete the Map Skills Reflection in Google Classroom by the end of class.           35 minutes

5.   Create tools that show you can teach each of the map skills - like a "how to" that has clear steps and visuals to show each step.           15 minutes

Parents: Instead of Asking Your Child,
"What Did You Do in School Today?"
Ask them.......
  • What did you think of your work with map skills?
  • Did you make a tool to teach map skills? If so, tell me about it.
