If you are ever waiting for a direction, please use PlaceSpotting by students, PlaceSpotting , Google A Day, or this Google Maps Scavenger Hunt or create a meme for one of our social studies topics from the year. (Don't search for the question or use a Google A Day answer site.)
1.  Discuss with someone near you what you will be doing in class today and why (see above).       1 minute
2. Skim through pages 30-31, 34-35, and 36-37 in Geo Alive.                  7 minutes

3. Demonstrate where your understanding is at by creating a sketchnote for the topics.                   20 MINUTES

4. Gallery Walk & feedback            10 MINUTES

5. Connection to UN SDG.             10 MINUTES
