DIRECTIONS    If you are waiting at any point, work with the Waiting Activities listed in the right-hand column of this page.

1.  Discuss with someone near you what you will be doing in class today and why (see above).       1 minute

2.     The person listed first in each pairing on the board:  go to Google Classrom and share the Mauryan Gupta slide deck with the other person.  The first person is Student 1.       5 minutes

3.  By yourself on your note slide, use the link to access information on which you will take notes.  Write the notes (not sentences) on the slide or using 2 column note format on paper.             20 minutes
