NOTE: Links to Google Classroom, Google Docs, or other Google Apps for Education will require students to log in to their school account.

NOTE: Due to the drop period in our schedule, there are times that your student might be working on a previous day's agenda. That will be noted at the top of the post.

  • become comfortable with the student led conference format
Why?
  • To take ownership of your learning.
  • To be more at ease in speaking with your parents and teachers.
  • To improve your meta-cognition.

1 Turn to someone at your group.  Gesture and mirror with that person the definition of economy:  Economy is the production, distribution, and consumption of goods and services. (If no one at your group is ready, turn to someone in a group next to your group.)

2.  Repeat #1 five times.

3.  Review your materials in your SLC portfolio.  (If you weren't here yesterday, complete the SLC work in the portfolio.

4. Have a Nat Geo Atlas at your desk. Turn to page 14-15.

5. As you say each continent's name, trace the outline of the continent with your finger.  Then do the same with each ocean.  Repeat until asked to stop.

6.  Student Led conference information.
