Students worked with the International Space Station EarthKam to request photos of Earth. They were requesting photos that they'll be able to analyze and determine how people are interacting with physical geography in different areas around the world.
Parents, ask your students what they were hoping to see in a photo from the ISS and how that relates to human and physical geography.
This blog gives students a starting point and overview of what we will do in class. It also allows parents a glimpse into my classroom so they have a sense of what their children are doing in class on a day-to-day basis. It is my hope that parents will gain greater insight and the information will inspire greater conversation about class at home.
NOTE: Links to Google Classroom, Google Docs, or other Google Apps for Education will require students to log in to their school account.
NOTE: Due to the drop period in our schedule, there are times that your student might be working on a previous day's agenda. That will be noted at the top of the post.
