NOTE: Links to Google Classroom, Google Docs, or other Google Apps for Education will require students to log in to their school account.

NOTE: Due to the drop period in our schedule, there are times that your student might be working on a previous day's agenda. That will be noted at the top of the post.

DIRECTIONS

If you are ever waiting for a direction, please use PlaceSpotting by students, PlaceSpotting , Google A Day, or this Google Maps Scavenger Hunt or create a meme for one of our social studies topics from the year. (Don't search for the question or use a Google A Day answer site.)

1.  Discuss with someone near you what you will be doing in class today and why (see above).       1 minute

2.  If you haven't yet, finish Finding Out About the SDG (You should already have a copy.)        10 minutes

3.  Create a sketchnote for your 5 Global Goals.        35 minutes
         --> use regular pencil first
         --> refer to sketchnote resources in Google Classroom, starting with the video
         --> get across each goal's importance
         --> add color at the end - color pencils will work best

Parents: Instead of Asking Your Child,
"What Did You Do in School Today?"
Ask them.......
  • Which of the Global Goals do you think are most important? Why
