- generate explanations as to how your evidence supports your claim.

- To help you become better at supporting arguments.
DIRECTIONS
If you are ever waiting for a direction, please use PlaceSpotting by students, PlaceSpotting , Google A Day, or this Google Maps Scavenger Hunt or create a meme for one of our social studies topics from the year. (Don't search for the question or use a Google A Day answer site.)
1. Discuss with someone near you what you will be doing in class today and why (see above). 1 minute
2. By yourself, research evidence that helps to show (support) that your 5 SDG are the most important. Put your information into your copy of the document linked here. 20 minutes
3. Whole class share. 5 minutes
5. By yourself, create an explanation for at least one piece of evidence for each SDG. The explanation should clearly show how the evidence proves the Global Goal to be important and necessary. 25 minutes
