  • discuss the book "Refugee."
Why?

  • To deepen your understanding of human geography.
  • To develop empathy.

DIRECTIONS

1.  Discuss with someone near you what you will be doing in class today and why (see above).       1 minute

2.  In your discussion groups, discuss the guiding questions on which you took notes. EACH person should contribute to the discussion.           15 minutes

3.  Whole class discussion.        5 minutes

4.  Summarizing: Somebody Wanted But So Then       20 minutes

5.  Whole class sharing          10 minutes
