• determine the positive and negative impact of globalization.

• To understand how people of various countries are connected.

1.  With another near you, discuss - in your own words - why you are in social studies today (see above). 2 minutes

2.  By yourself, follow the directions in the announcement in Google Classroom.  10 minutes

3.  Share with your group: 8 minutes

• The questions you have/what is not clear - get answers/clarification.
• Identify the items you can visualize and describe what you picture.

4.  Whole class:  Verify that you have correct answers to your questions. 8 minutes

5.  Plan a sketchnote about globalization and trade.
