1.  Discuss with someone near you what you will be doing in class today and why (see above).   1 minute


2.  Make a copy of the document linked here.            5 minutes
  • Click the folder next to the document name to move to the social studies folder in the Classroom folder.
  • Then make four additional copies using FILE- Make a Copy.
  • Read through the document and be ready to ask questions about it.

3. We will watch a video together and complete one Doc together.           7 minutes

4.  With a person at your group, watch a video, discuss the characteristics, and then complete the two questions by yourself.  Repeat for the next three advertisements.  (Access the videos linked here.)           30 minutes

5.  Class discussion        10 minutes
