Why?
  • To develop empathy.
  • To develop your critical thinking skills.

1.  Discuss with someone near you what you will be doing in class today and why (see above).   1 minute

2.  Review details of your person's life as indicated on their ID card - you already have this.            2 minutes

3.  Examine examples of art created by victims of the Holocaust during their experiences.             7 minutes

4. Using pencil and colored pencils, create a sketch that represents an experience of your person. Use color purposefully.              40 minutes
