  • Write about standard of living
  • Reflect on your understanding of standard of living.

  • To strengthen your writing.
DIRECTIONS
If you are ever waiting for a direction, please use PlaceSpotting or Google A Day. (Don't search for the question or use a Google A Day answer site.)
1.  Discuss with someone near you what you will be doing in class today and why (see above).       1 minute
2.  B PERIOD By yourself and without any resources, use 20 minutes to finish your writing piece.         20 minutes        

3. IF YOU HAVEN'T YET: Respond to the reflection questions on the board; have Mr.d'E check.         15 minutes        






4.  IF YOU HAVEN'T YET: Find someone else who is at this point. One of you make a copy of the slide at this link and share it with the other. Each should move it into the social studies folder using the folder icon next to the slide title.         2 minutes        









5.  Follow the directions/prompts in the slide show.         20 minutes        

6.  Make a copy of the article linked here. Using the folder icon next to its name, move the document to your social studies folder.         2 minutes


7.  Read the article and respond to the prompts.         20 minutes
