If you are ever waiting for a direction, please use PlaceSpotting , Google A Day, or this Google Maps Scavenger Hunt or create a meme for one of our social studies topics from the year. (Don't search for the question or use a Google A Day answer site.)
1. Discuss with someone near you what you will be doing in class today and why (see above). 1 minute
2. Whole class discussion. 5 minutes
3. Wait for Mr.d'E for timing. In your group...... 30 minutes
- Follow the rules to generate questions on your topic
- Identify questions as closed or open
- Identify the value for each question
- Change closed questions to open questions and one open question to a closed question
- Identify the group's three most important questions - jot on big paper
4. Gallery walk and add. 10 minutes
