• To practice reading and writing skills.

DIRECTIONS

If you are ever waiting for a direction, please use PlaceSpotting , Google A Day, or this Google Maps Scavenger Hunt or create a meme for one of our social studies topics from the year. (Don't search forthe question or use a Google A Day answer site.)

1.  Discuss with someone near you what you will be doing in class today and why (see above).       1 minute

2. A & B PERIOD Finish calendar in research guide.            5 minutes

3.  A & B PERIOD Wait for whole class discussion: internet searching              10 minutes  

4. Independent research - note taking (break every 10 mins.)                  35 minutes

5. Wait for whole class share.                  5 minutes
