    1.  Discuss with someone near you what you will be doing in class today and why (see above).   1 minute

    2.  Read through your notes - from 11/21 #8 - on taking notes and writing a summary.  Ask me for clarification.           5 minutes

    3.   Whole class discussion.          5 minutes

    4.  Make a copy of the document linked here

    6. Read the article ONE CHUNK AT A TIMEAfter each chunk, refer to the details from the other doc and determine a main idea for that chunk. Record the main idea in your doc.          15 minutes

    7. Go to Google Classroom. Complete the summary assignment there.          10 minutes
