  • Please review the goal and agenda for the day (posted in the classroom).

  • process information about Ancient China's philosophies that developed during the Age of Warfare

Why?
  • to deepen your understanding of other people
  • to more deeply understand why Confucianism, Daoism, and legalism developed
  • to more deeply understand the characteristics of Confucianism, Daoism, and legalism

DIRECTIONS    If you are waiting at any point, work with the Waiting Activities listed in the right-hand column of this page.

1.  Discuss with someone near you what you will be doing in class today and why (see above).       1 minute

2.    Continue or start creating a study tool for Confucianism, Daoism, and Legalism.  As discussed before, this would be something you could use over and over and would not just be reading the information.            35 minutes 

3.   By yourself, use the study tool you created.
